Does this fix a bug you encountered? The quoting of AH_CHECK_LIB has
always been that way, since it was introduced in 1999. I wonder what
will break if you change it now (but I don't have the time or energy
right now to test a lot of packages). This macro is (indirectly)
used in a _lot_ of packages, basically in every one out there.

Dunno. I'd be a bit scared (but then again you know my second name is
"cautious", at least on this mailing list).
