    parallel-tests: stricter checks on DISABLE_HARD_ERRORS support
    
    * tests/parallel-tests-harderror.test: New test, doing more
    in-depth checks on DISABLE_HARD_ERRORS.
    * tests/parallel-tests.test: Remove tests on DISABLE_HARD_ERRORS,
    now redundant.
    * tests/Makefile.am (TESTS): Update.
