[Automake-NG] [PATCH 16/26] [ng] refactor: more proper name for a subroutine in automake

After the past heavy changes, a subroutine's name has got out-of-sync
with its purpose.

* automake.in (output_texinfo_build_rules): Rename ...
* (handle_texinfo_source): ... like this.
