try typedefs like
typedef void (*FuncPtr)(void);
typedef FuncPtr FuncPtrArray[2];
typedef FuncPtrArray prog_FuncPtrArray PROGMEM;
void function0();
void function1();
static FuncPtrArray FunctionTable = { function0, function1 };
