I'm surprised it wasn't all along. make is always case sensitive on Unix.
I can see this causing great problems, if you tried to download and work on
any project created by someone on a Unix system.
In fact, since C itself is case-sensitive, I could see an case-insensitive
make causing problems passing defines into a program.
