[avr-libc-dev] linker cant find crt43320.o in avr-lib 1.0.4

Hello listmembers,

after my update to the latest release of avr-libc the linker complains about
a missing crt43320.o.
I have noticed that the crt2...crt5 directories are missing, too. How may I 
produce the other
crt*.p files?

My gnu toolchain versions are:
