We have mega2560 boards, but at the moment I am having to use another
compiler. Last time I heard anything, there needed to be something done
to actual GCC itself, to allow for different pointer types, I believe..
This is not something under the control of anybody related to the Atmel
libraries, AFAIK.
I wished there was something available to beta test :)
