I'm sorry. I forgot about it.

I don't like the following:
-     return \"icall\";
+    {
+      if (AVR_3_BYTE_PC)
+        return \"eicall\";
+      else
+        return \"icall\";
+    }

Better to support %PUNCT (something like %~call).
On example:
%^icall
`%^' will be substituted by `e' if AVR_3_BYTE_PC.
