Hmm, I thought we don't pretend being able to compile library code for ATtiny10-like devices at all?
Unlike most sources, the strlcat.S does not contain the #if !defined(__AVR_TINY__) ... #endif cover. Without thinking about ATtiny10 building at all, I shell add above this evening. Dmitry.
