Details:

avr-libc trunk build fails.

include/avr/io.h looks for HVBREVB to be defined instead of HVBrevB.
Same thing for mega16HVBrevB.

compiling with avr-gcc 4.8.1 from Atmel AVR toolchain 3.4.4.
