1. Command line option to quiet the output for invocation that
captures output. The page counter really is annoying to scroll
through (at least under windows XP).
2. Although Atmel specifies 1000 cycles for FLASH and 100k cycles for
EEPROM, testing done a year or two ago by folks on the GCC list found
parts working just fine after 12k flash cycles. Atmel field reps will
admit that the room temperature cycle life is much greater than the
specified life. You might want to mention this in the manual so as to
not scare folks.
3. List the command line options in the avrdude.conf file.
