The avrdude.conf, you can extract directly from CVS (using CVSWeb, you
can do that with your Web browser).  The binary, probably only Eric
could send.  However, he released an upgrade version of WinAVR last
night that contains the new version of avrdude.  So if you're
impatient, just load that one instead.
