Hi Joerg,

First of all, thanks for your help. Now more questions.

When I try to find the automake script to execute it with the perl -d switch, 
I can't find it. So then I went back to the build.sh script and it looked 
like autoheader was being done by ./bootstrap. So now how do I single step the 
bootstrap or autoheader?
