Summary: Error in documentation (fuse programming example)

I had some problems with my ATMega128. I used the example
fuse-setting described in avr-dude-docs-4.1.0.
There, it is described that for high speed external crystal mode lfuse should
be set to 2e. But this is wrong, it should
be 2f for crystals and 2e for ceramic resonators. It will work
in most cases with 2e as well, but not if you want to use the
clock for something else as well...
