[avrdude-dev] [patch] commandline fix for latest version of texi2html

Hello,

the attached patch is made against cvs sources from today and does 
provide a fix for building avrdude with latest version of texi2html. 
there was a problem with a commandline paramter that got changed.

the supplied solution does autodetect the old versions commandline syntax
and will select the new parameterset if it cannot find that syntax.

in theory all that should be done by autoconf, but even if having
a more recent autoconf tollset version handy than avrdude would ask for,
i could not see that autoconf would provide support for that right now.
of course i have not searched for that in much deep.
