Hi,

I'm having trouble with the building process from 
http://www.wave.co.nz/~ashepherd/avrdude.4.3.0_w32.zip, wonder if anyone 
could give me a hand.

I run 
./bootstrap
./configure

And finally get this error:
configure: creating ./config.status
config.status: creating
.infig.status: error: cannot find input files

That last line is apparently supposed to be:
config.status: error: cannot find input files
.in

But it gets overwritten (based on when I found from searching). It seems like 
I've done something really basic wrong, as it can't find some input file, so 
I'd appreciate any advice!
