Details:

While I was programming and debugging my application I noticed that:

avrdude -cstk500v2 -Pcom1 -pm16 -v -v -v
works fine.

But when using (4x -v)
avrdude -cstk500v2 -Pcom1 -pm16 -v -v -v -v
It 'hangs' generating only:
avrdude: Send: . [1b] . [01] . [00] . [01] . [0e] . [01] . [14]
avrdude: Recv:
avrdude: stk500_2_ReceiveMessage(): timeout

I noticed that the sequence number is always 1
I know that AvrStudio adds 1 for every cycle. Even if the previous attempt
failed. Maybe this causes the problem?
Or is this related to the %z bug?
