Details:

I use AVRdude in WinAVR (editor Programmers Notepad-2) with consecutive
adapter SiProg (COM-port). Controllers AVR are programmed normally. However
at end of programming on line RES send a low level (RES=0) and the controller
is not started, therefore it is necessary to disconnect physically SiProg from
a controller. It is necessary to make in AVRdude so that upon end of
programming on lines of COM-port high level RES=1 has been established.
