Details:
The MCU name "atmega164p" is not recognized by avrdude, although "atmega164"
(without the 'p') is. I believe the atmega164 and atmega164p are the same
device.
On a side note, GCC recognizes "atmega164p", and not "atmega164". It would
be nice if avrdude was consistent with gcc.
