Attempting to write any ihex/bin/srec file to my atmega128 will always lead to a verification error at byte 0x01: avrdude: verifying ... avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0001 0x01 != 0x00 avrdude: verification error; content mismatch *However* : Writing data to the eeprom from within the terminal mode works just fine. Please let me know what other information I can provide that might help.
