Follow-up Comment #3, bug #22883 (project avrdude):
Well, sure, it's possible that the fuse values do change even
when reading, e.g. if the ISP hardware is questionable. But
then, I would very much doubt "fixing" the fuses will make
anything better at all... but I'm fine with leaving it enabled,
after all, it will only ever attempt to write something back
after asking the user.
Oh yes, I'm fine with patches sent!
