Details:
Since patch #6484 it is possible to set the ISP clock speed for USBasp.
But programming or reading with low frequencies (-B 1000, -B 2000
respectively 1kHz or 0.5kHz) fails due to USB timeout.
The timeout is currently fixed at 5000ms.
The problem might be solved by setting the timeout dynamically, depending on
the clock speed (and buffer size), e.g. like it is done for USBtiny.
