_______________________________________________________
Details:
When trying to compile the source code under a current (1.7.1)
Cygwin, the compiler complains:
gcc: The -mno-cygwin flag has been removed; use a mingw-targeted
cross-compiler.
If possible, configure.ac should be tought how to find this
out automagically, and adjust the CC options appropriately.
