[avrdude-dev] Multiple USBasp devices

The documentation seems to indicate that individual USBasp devices can be 
selected by bus and device ids, via the port parameter (e.g. -P usb:020:123). 
However, after reading through the source code in SVN and version 6.3, the port 
parameter seems to be completely ignored.

I have a patch that adds support, similar to the USBTiny -P usb:bus:device 
descriptor. Just wondering what the best way to contribute it would be.
