[Ayttm-users] how to use ayttm as a link between users and a program

hello there, 

Is is possible to use ayttm for sending text to various users on say msn.

Basically i have a program which acts as a server ( its a program to simulate 
a mock stockmarket type situation, where people buy sell shares, their 
accounts are maintained by the server )

whats the best way to make ayttm handle all the incoming messages and then 
send appropriate replies. Basically plain text. 

i guess the program could execute a ayttm -c user -m msg. 
but is there a better ? 
could somone tell me which part of ayttm could i link to my program ?
