nope wasn't fixed before. but now it is ^^

also did some finishing touches on the interface. now the file 
information dialog is shown when clicking on "File -> Properties". I 
also tried to fix the close-all bug, but it didn't show up for me 
anymore. don't know why. had it too before. will look some more into it. 
next big thing should be the preferences dialog, then everything (except 
bugfixing, and perhaps undo/redo) should be done for 0.4.0 release.
