[Beaver-devel] Patch for regex search and replace

Patch is done :-)

I reimplemented regex search and implemented regex replace both for
0.4.0 branch.

It uses glib's internal pcre-compatible regular expression engine
(g_regex_*) to avoid
dependency problems

I added the entries of the functions to plugin_setup_api(); to make
possible to use
different libraries like posix-compatible pattern mattching libraries.
