[Bino-list] Equalizer patch

Hi Martin,

attached is a patch for the Equalizer output module:

- Leave Scissor enabled [needed for clearing multi-channel windows]
- New '3D' output mode projecting to a quad in 3D space
  - Quad is 1m high in 1m distance [as most equalizer wall configs]
  - Width is the movie's aspect ratio

The latter mode allows the usage of fancy screen configs, e.g., display rotated 
45 degrees around the Z axis or some rudimentary per-displays distortion 
correction.
