OK, now I get it :) The Dubois matrices are based on measurements of
typical red/cyan, green/magenta, amber/blue glasses. What you want is to
compute the matrices for your specific glasses instead, which may
differ. That would be a nice thing.
We would need an implementation of the Duboid method for this
(http://www.site.uottawa.ca/~edubois/icassp01/anaglyphdubois.pdf), and
some way to measure (or at least estimate) the true properties of the
anaglyph glasses to optimize for.
