I'm from Poland and in my country most people use TXT (similar to SUB) 
with cp1250 coding instead utf-8. I preffer utf-8 of course, but 90% 
using windows...

Joe was right. It could be good to include parameter, or config file 
(bino command line), to define subtitle coding variable. If using bino 
via gui it should be good to add this parameter to menu.
