You were right, the plugin now seems to work correctly as I previously 
replaced the wrong file:

However, bino is not being started. I see nothing in the logfiles, but I 
believe that this has to do with user rights because vdr and xbmc are 
being started as user "vdr". Maybe, this is something more yaVDR 
specific, so I am going to check it with the users at vdrportal.de where 
yaVDR is being supported.
