[Bino-list] New feature: fast handling of 10-bit YUV formats.

Hi all,

Bino can now perform color space conversion on the graphics card also
for 10-bit-per-value YUV formats.

This should make playback of such videos faster since the color space
conversion is not done in software anymore. But this feature requires
the LUMINANCE16 texture format to be available. If this is not the case,
the colors will probably look ugly.

My hope is that by now all graphics cards/drivers have LUMINANCE16 and
we don't need to test for this feature...
