I just saw your commit aad94f78ec0dede4501b34f43586c572f65263cf and was 
wondering if there is some action required on our end.

Equalizer will search for a GLEW_MX version on the system and use this if 
found. Otherwise we'll compile a static GLEW_MX, use and ship it with Equalizer.

Until recently most distributions did not include a GLEW_MX, but at least 
Ubuntu does now. In the master branch the package is build accordingly, but 
that's not the case for the latest 1.0.1 release.

I guess we should at least release a 1.0.2 with a fixed CPackConfig?
