[Bino-list] Incompatible change in storing parameters

Hi,

I changed the way Bino remembers per-session and per-video parameters.
Old settings from Bino <= 1.3.0 will be automatically moved to the new
scheme.

This means that once you run the current version of Bino, only this
current version will know your stored parameters. If you run Bino <=
1.3.0 again for some reason, it will start with default parameters.
