I had a similar problem on Ubuntu 10.04 and solved it by upgrading
GLEW, but you already appear to be using the latest version.
But this might be a problem:

Bino was build against the 4.6.2 headers, but links against 4.7.4. Are
these two ABI compatible? Can you try to "make clean" and rebuild
against 4.7.4?
