It's too big. More than 100,000 strings. It needs a dedicated team of
highly skilled technical translators. I once initiated a project to
translate it, but it fell down because no one signed up. Next, a couple
of ex-Corel Iranian developers decided to translate it, that project
also never went trough.
Right now I don't know of <em>anyone</em> <quote>who helps with other
internationalization projects</quote>.
