    thanks a lot for contributing ⎕MX. It is now included in SVN
      1786.
    I made a few changes to adapt it to the GNU APL coding style.
    Please double-check if everything went OK.
    
    I noticed a minor difference in the Quad_MX.tc testcase file
    on my machine,
    probably caused by rounding errors if the eigenvalues were close to
    0.
    Maybe it makes sense to omit eigenvalues < ⎕CT and their
    eigenvectors?
