[Bug-AUCTeX] 11.81; AUCTeX fails in German ConTeXt

Using a simple ConTeXt file that starts with

      % interface=de

texexec runs with its own idea of what the language context is:

	Running `ConTeXt Full' on `Aufzahlung' with ``texexec --pdf 
--interface=en --passon="-interaction=nonstopmode" Aufzahlung.tex''

I thought texexec would use '--interface=de' ...
