[Bug-AUCTeX] 11.81; *output* buffer is set to UTF-8

Hello!

The output buffer from a TeX run is UTF-8 encoded although the
messages which are output by a recent teTeX 3 based system are latin9 or
latin1 encoded. Therefore AUCTeX should set coding-system of its
*output* buffer correctly.

Emacs  : GNU Emacs 23.0.0.1 (powerpc-apple-darwin7.9.0, X toolkit, 
Xaw3d scroll bars)
