Your pdf2dsc/Ghostscript installation is hosed.

You have files from Ghostscript 7.03 in your search path, and I see to
remember that you admitted to not actually having your Ghostscript
files in c:/gs/gs8.14/lib.  One can't move the stuff around freely
after installation, or the files are not properly found.
