Hi Ralf: I guess you are right. Do you know where I can learn how to install the XEmacs package? I actually tried that first, but I couldn't figure it out. So, I decided to have a go at the source not realizing that it would be so difficult. Surely, there must be other Solaris x86 shops that have installed from source...
