Well, the elements get to be used in a regexp, so one could add a regexp
like "place[A-Za-z]+" to the variable as well.

I found the following in a file called mult-def.lua (see e.g.
<URL:http://source.contextgarden.net/tex/context/base/mult-def.lua>):
