Hi,
It seems the xml2ag tool shipped with autogen causes an invalid free.
I directly get this error just by calling it:
*** Error in `/usr/bin/autogen': realloc(): invalid pointer: 0x00007ffe97eaea78

With valgrind I can get some info where in the code this happens:
$ valgrind -q xml2ag
