As far as Automake is concerned the place where things are
installed does not matter. Autoconf will have to define these
variables.
However Automake is more concerned by "details" like this:

Having `make install-texinfohtml' and `make uninstall-texinfohtml'
looks fine to me.
(Note: we already have `make html' to build the Texinfo manuals,
plus any user-supplied html-local rule.)
