translating automake infopage

I don't know if this is the correct way to make this kind of
questions. If not, please let me know where... (and excuse me for my
bad english). 

I would like to know if there exists an spannish translation of the
manual of automake (info automake). If not, I would like to know how
is the politic for making such translation (where are the sources of
that documentation). Thanks.
