bug#23563: MKS Platform component 9.X - unable to configure parallel, performing "export ACCEPT_INFERIOR_RM_PROGRAM=YES" doesn't work

'rm' anyway, export the environment variable ACCEPT_INFERIOR_RM_PROGRAM

to "yes", and re-run configure.
