bug#56753: Add clang-cl to the automake compile wrapper

Hi there,

 

would it be possible to add clang-cl to the compile wrapper?

(see attached patch)

 

Furthermore, it would probably be a good idea to also add the new Intel Compiler based on LLVM (icx).
