[Bug-ballandpaddle] [Ball-and-Paddle] Suggested upgrade of the home page

Hello,

I am a member of the gnu.org French translation team [0], and also try
to update obsolete or deprecated features in webpages, to make
maintenance and future improvement easier.

The home page of Ball-and-Paddle [1] uses an old version of the
boilerplate, and it also has a few minor bugs (spurious "-er" and XHTML
errors). I propose to upgrade it to the latest boilerplate [2], fix the
errors, and make image size a little more adaptable to screen size (see
the attachment).

If you agree with the proposed changes but don't have time to commit
them, I will be glad to do it, with any further modifications you specify.
