Description:
        POSIX 1003.1-200x Draft 6 requires support for the ISO C99
        printf specifier length modifiers 'j', 't', and 'z'.

Repeat-By:
        $ printf '%zd\n' 0
        bash: printf: `z': invalid format character

        The output should be '0'.
