  List the list members email addresses.

  Show the lists available from this server.

  Stop processing commands (useful if your mailer adds a signature).

Commands should be sent in the body of the email message to
Steward@hethmon.com. Multiple commands may be included in one
message provided each is on its own line.

Commands in the "Subject" field are ignored.
